This Lugia was supposed to be a fanart of the the young Merlot from PMD-E, since she was one of my favourite NPCs. The young version of Merlot was so cute, but as adult...well....I'm sure a few know what I meant..._{That little story one with Shroomy, lol...}

...But I decided to make a normal young Lugia instead. Waiting for its mom in the cavern. :3
